The top bear just made the 28" skull minimum for B&C and the bottom one on the ladder I think finally measured 28 8/16" Here it is in the flesh - so to speak - it died in a depression so it does not look as large as the first one but my guess is it weighed 200-300 pounds more as three of us could not roll it out of the depression and I had to go get more help. You get an idea of it's true size when you see it on the ladder. Each toe was a large as the average man's wrist. ![]() |
