As to Wyoming and Colorado, they are already there...particularly in Wyoming--however one that was colored in Yellowstone was tracked into Colorado...Wyoming is not bending over for the feds and have not come up with a "goverment approved" wolf plan...right now I believe you can shoot one if they are presenting a danger to your lifestock..or are being treated as a non game animal ...I am sure there is someone on here from Wyoming that can offer a more accurate description of whats going on there..
