Hi Shackleton, That is a very valid point and all I can say is that re the story as quoted, I believe that it was self defence and if so, there is a saying in Australia and possibly the US that goes along the line of; "It is better to be judged by 12 then carried by six" As for the trophy debate, the same has existed with Elephant, Leopard etc and providing it was obtained prior to the new regulations being implemented then it was legal and able to be traded. Again, each country has it's own interpritation of this so it is still a grey area. Cheers from Australia, Jeff Gray |
