Well gents the meat is great. I followed some advice about cooking it at lower temps and a little more time and it turned out great. We had rib eye last night and I am fixing a rib eye for my son right now. I am getting a skull mount and I gave the hide to the taxidermist. I would love to have it in a shoulder mount but I don't have room for a mount that big. There are something like 14 heads on the wall right now not counting EUropean skull mounts.The mext buffalo is going to give mw an excuse to add on. reflex264 |
