The lovely thing about the JBY 550gr Crater 2 is that with a LFC die you and seat the bullet at any depth that will fit your magazine well and work up loads accordingly. I carried this all the way to the extreme while working with my 45/70 Ruger #1. In the .450 Marlin bolt action that bullet can be seated to allow a bunch of powder (within reason) and should easily attain 2000+fps. reflex264
