Ripp,
Sounds like you two had a grand time!!! I've never shot a .17HMR but it sounds like a cool little round. I spent a little bit of time with a friend shooting Prairie Dogs in Wyoming last Fall with a .17 Remington, and that thing just SMOKED them!
