I was in Area 22 6-13 October. First 3 days were beautiful then the winter storm hit. Things got pretty sloppy. Took an Antelope on 7 October on state land, passed on a mule deer. The weather shut us down 10th 11th 12th flew out on the 13th. We were 4/4 on Antelope, 0/4 on Mule deer. I went a little overgunned. I took my Browning SS stalker in 375 H&H. Federal 270gr Softpoint. At 150 yards, there was still barley enough energy to take it down

Same outfit I am taking to SA in April 09.
I will definately go back next year. I have heard good things about Triple 3. Good luck drawing Elk tags.
