Actually in the bigger prairie dog towns in eastern part of the state--even though they have had a lot of rain--went 2 weeks ago using the .204, 220 swift and 6-284--per the clicker, we shot 287 in two outings...with ranges anywhere from 50 yards to 350 plus...you are right, makes for great practice for the fall...
