I had a couple of buddies hunt exotics in Texas about a year and half ago and told me that this particular ranch they were in was fairly rugged and that it was definitely fair chase. The fenced property was big enough that they never saw the fence line while hunting. The only time they saw it was when entering and exiting the property. The only problem was the fees that they paid which can be very pricey.
