Ha Ha......you're older than me!! I could tell you did some sort of resistance training. I lifted for over 27 years and it finally got to where at least once a month I'd hurt something, so I gave it up almost 3 years ago and went to body weight execises like you described......still managed to hurt my already tweaked right shoulder, but so far no back, neck or knee bang ups. Ok, 13 3/4 is good. Thanks |
