I have been blessed by God with a strong body. I am short, but "thick". I am 51 now. And no, I don't lift weights. I do work out 4 times a week, but mostly just USMC type of workout and some resistance training. I do crunches and sit-ups with a weight on my chest.. That kind of thing. The 8 bore has a 13 3/4" LOP. Steve |
