'Ruined' might have been a bit hasty, in my distaste for anything connected to so-called inline muzzleloaders. To me, they are an abomination.
; Re-barreling with a worthwhile ctg. barrel would be a good move in my opinion. Of course, setting that barel back and chambering it for a good round would be the cheapest way to improve the rifle.
