Not so sure much is ruined....another bpcr barrel could easily be installed. I just threaded in a breech block that takes 209 primers. I had the barrel custom made for it and another could easily be installed. The sidelever ia actually for a left side hepburn, I modified it a bit. By the way, the project started out as a rust bucket old frame and no other parts. I found all the pieces including the trigger gaurd and assembled it from parts. I think its somewhat of an improvement, but that just my opinion.
