Those with experience please help me determine what to realistically expect for accuracy with my kodiak .72. I'm shooting 120 gr of ffg Swiss and a 545 RB and getting two crossing groups about 4.5" apart at 50yds. The LH bbl is about 1.5 higher than the RH and the individual groups are 2.5 to 4.0. The sights are not the best, my eyes are not the best and I know I can shrink individual groups with work and concentration. But there appears to be quite a difference among the owners of these rifles concerning the accuracy they get. Just trying to find out what to expect - send it back to Cabela's and I may get one better, the same or worse. 2 out of 3 says keep it. Thanks for any input PJB |
