Thanks for the good words. What I am proudest of is the fact that my wife bought it, a hint that she is definitely interested in shooting it.

Daryl S and I have had some communication in the past and yes, he is a fantastic guy - incredibly helpful and very enthusiastic in sharing his expertise. I am planning to buy some bullets and then break the barrel in with Bore Butter as one of the members here advised me to in an e-mail. We did shoot some MLs when I went on a deer hunt at my partner's property though we used 2F powder and not Pyrodex. Both my wife and I got a kick out of the cloud of smoke that came out of the rifle every time we fired it.

Thanks for the advice and I'll be careful not to get the lady upset because of the smell.
