Second the above data - my preference is 3 drams and 1 oz to 1 1/4oz shot.(generally 1 1/8oz.)
: With a sound gun, you can go up in powder charge & shot, but with most game birds or for clay birds, it isn't necessary.
: In a shotgun, the powder should be 2F or 1f. 3F builds pressure much too quickly for safe use in most doubles.
