I later switched to a .574" RB, with the same patch. These ran 280gr. average and shot the same.

Being able to remove one of the company's rear sights was a blessing, though. Firing a right and quick left on the gongs was a blast.

The 100gr. charge would have been fine for deer, but I wanted more for moose and possibly the grizzly that lived in my favourite muley deer and moose area. Too, a rifle like this should have a point blank range of 130yards. Makes it easier in these parts with large cut timber blocks.
