I have heard the same about powder charge, with loads up to 175gr. T-7 being cited.
That will kick a bit and likely the equivalence to the old 7 dram charge for ctg. 12 bore RB loads of 191gr.
That one is quite brutal in a 8 pound SxS.

I would personally hope for a decent shooting load in the 130 to 150gr. 2F GOEX range if using the 14 bore ball.
