What are y'all doing for patch and bullet lube these days?

I'm up in the Northern Nevada high desert.
No humidity here.
Soft fouling is a tough quarry out this way.
Castor and Murphy's at 50:50 seems to be looking close for now on roundball patches.

How do you keep the fouling soft?
