Nice hunting rifle - 8.14 pounds. With it's 48" twist, it will likely work best with a lighter load than my .14 bore - and be uncomfortable with heavier loads than about 100gr.

With the 408gr. ball, 100gr. will do what Taylor needs of it.

He smacked the steel place at the back, just in front of the 200 meter berm a couple times - about a 225 yard shot, due to it being behind the 200meter target stand and the angle we were shooting from the 100 meter range.

In the rear picture of Taylor shooting, if you look to the left, you can see the green-covered 200 meter berm, on the left of and out behind the 100 meter berm where we were shooting. The orange steel plate in not visible in the picture, though. It is 16" square & of AR500.
