As far as I'm concerned, I still like pints at 20 ounces and quarts at 40 ounces, thus GALLONs contain 160ounces.

My 1-ton Diesel truck, being make in Kentucky reports mileage in US gallons - simply divide by 8 and multiply by 10, that's simple enough. Getting used to it now and convert automatically.

The metric display means nothing to me - I refuse to get involved in the liters per 100 kilometers bullshit/retarded crap.
