Yes- there are some custom gun makes who do make wheellocks, like this 17th Century Dag my brother built, lock stock and barrel. Real silver inlays and ebony stock.
2 wheels, one for iron pyrites and one for flint. Ignition seems like a centrefire rifle- instantaneous with the touch of the single set trigger. Very accurate and easy to shoot, but weird hold.
A matchlock would be so easy in comparison.
