With the retailer down toward CZ/Prague, it has a Lovely Bohemian flare. Similar dragon hammers are seen on Herzberg/Hannover examples from the same period. I'm curious if the indicators note the lock is in batter or what and if the precious metal barrel bands are platinum(platina)or sliver? Last, I'd hazard a guess that on the underside of the tubeset there is a date stamp.
