Are you relying on the heavy load of powder to cause the ball to "set up" to a tight fit in the rifling?

I know soft lead bullets do this to some extent, but I'm not sure at what point in the velocity/acceleration scale this becomes a factor.

Do you have any idea what velocity your suggested load produces?
