It's stained with Chambers Nut Brown stain. I then put down a base coat of 50% mineral spirits and 50% boiled Linseed oil. I use 2 coats of this space 3 days apart.
Over that I use Formby's low gloss Tung Oil.
Makes a very nice and very hard and weather proof finish. And it can be touched up in the future and a prefect match achieved.
