Pretty easy. Of the rifles you mentioned, the Ruger RSM is the only one that I would consider. You have to spend quite a bit more money to get a better bolt rifle.

My first rifle was a Rem 700. As my dad bought it for me and it should have had considerable sentimental value, it represented something of a pickle - which a nice burglar solved for me when he stole it along with everything else I owned. The CZ is too crude to even be considered a finished rifle. If you decide on Winchester, go pre-64. The sights are crap, but at least that can be changed.
