.416 Rigby / .338 Lapua build

Hello all, by my post count you all can see that I'm new to the boards. I've seen that there is A LOT of great information posted here that I hope to be able to glean from everybody who's willing to share. I've recently found hunting again (and shooting in general) after several years in the U.S. Military.

Currently I'm stationed in Germany and putting plans together for a big bore take down rifle for that "once in a lifetime" trip to the dark continent. From some basic searching on the internet and articles found in available magazines I've come to a decent conclusion that a .416 Rigby/.338 Lapua Mag would fit caliber needs in a single action for any/all game that I might come across on a guided adventure through Africa. My question is what Mauser style action can handle a round as large as the .416 Rigby? I've seen these rifles built, however with very little specific information. I have a hard time believing that a military 98 would reasonably deal with such a large case without major modification, but an aftermarket/commercial could. So what would be best suited to the task?

Thanks ahead!
