Quote: Thanks Dale for the help in posting the photo Gun was found in a sydney gun shop, had only been cataloged as part of a gun collection recently recieved. I guess this was a bit of a lucky find as i had only been looking for a 9.3 x 62 for about 6 months. In australia Sako's are $2200, Bruno's $ 1500 and Tikka's $850. Gunsmith suggested that the stock wasn't original but still a lovely piece of walnut around 50 years old. I dont plan on modifying the rifle in any way. I paid $1200 Aussie for the gun after almost swallowing my tongue when I first spotted a very old price tag of $2250. Any I must now wait around a month to pick up the gun (28day cooling period in Australia, I will post some better outdoor photo then CHEERS Pablo |
