yes the .350Rigby Mag. is a fine thing. Maybe I let build me next year a allweather-rifle with 27,5"-barrell for this calibre. It has arround 10-15% less power like my .340 Weatherby, but this with 30% less pressure, so for me the better cartridge. The long barrell burnes the last powder, so that the full powder-energee can handle on the buillet-boddom. An special coated barrell and reciever make it save for oxydation, or I try to get an .35Whelen stainless-barrel and let it recambered for the Rigby.
It would be my 9x57 for longer distance, and I hope I can used it sometimes for deer-stalking in the scotish Highlands or stonesheep in Canada or Middel-Asia with a fast 180-225gr. buillet.
