Hi

As a young gunbug/hunter who is much here and on AR, i happened to come ower the pictures of Capsticks Musgrave Mauser in .375 H&H.

In the book which i got today :" Sands of silence there was apicture of him shooting it on the elephant hunt in Namibia , that was filmed ,and since i have the video collection of al the films ,i didnt see it there. But sinxce it was a elephant hunt he used the .470 Champlin Famars double rifle instead.

Is there anyone who knows how much the rifle sold for on the S.C.I auction +

The Musgrave factory are they still up and going or are out of business? It was good to see that a guy like he nstead of using cheap US made scopes finally had seen the light and got a Smichdt&Bender 1.5-6x42. I have had one but it was too short for the rifle, but now i have a 3-12x 42 which i like wery much .

And the knife he had was very ,damascened blade with ivory handle, yummi!!!! that was a knife for a connoiseur, but not a member of the domestic terrorist group called P.E.T.A.

and one less day until i get my .358 Norma magnum.....
