BRNO (ZBROJOVKA BRNO)... in the Czech Republic is producing complete rifles. I'm still waiting to get some specific questions answered, but here is what I understand. They are taking vz24s (from receivers that never sold)... >Surface grinding them, >Drilling & tapping them, >Adding the barrel-mounted swivel, >Adding low safety. >Avail Calibers: (with or without sights) 7x57 7x64 6,5x55SE .243Win .270Win .308Win 30-06Sprg. 8x57JS 9,3x62 .300Win Mag. 7mm Rem.Mag. And stocking them with a decent piece of walnut. Given the historic quality of the v24 (vs the pending Remington 798), I think these would be desirable guns. For the work done above (and the scarcity of good vz24s) what would you think these complete rifles would sell for? Your opinions/input are appreciated. ![]() ![]() |
