Well for the purists it dosent have a timber stock as i am a firm believer that for winter hunting in our wet bush a synthetic is a better proposition,mind you this is probably one of the first Ramlines ever sent to Australia..i bought it sight unseen from Sydney after seeing an advert...not rellay what i wanted as they have their limitations,mainly noise wise but still it has a few racked up to its credit.Mark X Mausers cheapened these stocks when they built all those rough rifles a few years ago.Pic is in nEildon Weir up high and steep off the lake in a dry time a few years back..
