It's a very pleasant but difficult problem. Now I'm considering 7X64/270, 8X68S, 9,3X64/9,3X62 and ?

Bob F- The magazine on ZG-47 action is approximately 88,5-89mm, or about 3,5 inches. A skilled smith can make it handle 404 Jeffery but it requires a range of modifications etc. Trouble with 404 is the floorplate & magazine box

What features would you opt for?

Mehul- I won't whinge.... After long and hard thinking I’ve reached the conclusion that from an utilitarian point of view a few dozen should be sufficient, at least for the moment
