Different bullet appearances would help, yes, however I have no 9x57 rifles.
As noted many years ago, I neck the 8mm brass straight, then neck it down, placing the shoulder where it needs to be for ZERO headspace. That way, the brass never stretches at the web. After fireforming, the shoulder is never touched, I neck size only, stopping above the shoulder/neck juncture.
