Well interesting you mentioned the shape and making one. Mark did reverse engineer the original handle's shape, making a duplicate blueprint by using modern optical and digital measurement instruments. I have sent you another email with the dimensioned print so feel free to use it and post it here for anyone interested in making a copy themselves.
