To me it could not have been a 30-06. At 200 yards it would have made one hell of a mess of his neck and would go straight through.

Plenty of other Videos of the incident have come to light. what you believe from them is up to you. To me the cartridge was not a 30-06 and the 22-year-old they have and who confessed is not the shooter.
