Made for an Aussie customer a .300WM plains game rifle built on an Original Mauser pre WW2 solid wall commercial action.
Not a weapon for the display, just a rifle for the field and real hunting!
This rifle was built to the customer's specifications as a working one, the only fancy touch being the orange leather-covered butt pad that mimics the vintage Silver's in a more luxurious version.
The 25" barrel was profiled from a Lothar Walther match-grade blank, the stock wood is well-seasoned French walnut and the scope is the remarkable Swarovski Z8i 1.7-13.3x42 fitted on our quick detachable hand-made claw mount.
