Wow, £1000 to £1500 estimate for the Rigby.
I thought vintage examples sell for 10x that?
I'd love a vintage Rigby .275. So much nicer than the plastic rubbish often sold today.
I above rifle would be very affordable. Plus the costs getting it here. Might double the end cost. I could carry it back in May!
Yes a real pity the scope is missing. How hard would it be to replace the rings so a new scope could be fitted? i.e. vintage rings type to fit that I assume vintage base?
