FR. TENHAEFF UTRECHT must have been a gun shop in the netherlands wo sold this rifle. the only reason to buy it was someone live and hunt in the dutch east indies.
no doubt the rifle was made in Suhl. August Schüler is the most likely candidate but other firms in the neighborhood are also possible.
looks like the magazine was extended by a brass frame. I can't remember to have seen this before but maybe there are already similar pics on nitro express we forget.
Yes, my original Peterlongo 11.2x72 also has such a frame to extend the magazine capacity to allow 1 up and 3 down. see my post from 2 years ago.
