One of, if not the main reason I want to fancy this one up a bit is because it's still in original Caliber and metal. I have a great bit of respect for the 6.5x55 cartridge. So in this case some decent wood in an attractive 'classic' style along with some minor metal work should produce the trifecta; effective, accurate and attractive.
I'm just trying to find a classic 'look' to try and shamelessly copy.
