years ago there was an offer in egun for a 98 rifle, buildt by Frankonia in-house in caliber
.404 rimless NE.
The system from DWM (!) was the standard size with the standard magazin size (capacity two rounds), looked like a former military system.

The rifle was proofed for the 404 in Munich in 1998, barrel length was 65cm, with 98% blueing and overall very good condition of stock and barrel.

The rifle was sold for around 1200 €, so the requested price (for the piece in discussion) in the thousands is ridiculous.
