link don't work, kettner was an old german mail order house but they became realy big in the 60s,70s, 80s. around 2000 they came in financial trouble and closed in germany, still exist in austria.
I am sure this 404 use a common standard 98 action open up for the 11,2x72/404. they allways had such "low" budget big game rifles, remember them from the early 90s in .458 win mag.
