Since no one has answered you so far, let me do so first.

Winchester still makes the take down 1886 TD .45-90 and 1895 TD .405 WCF rifles. I own and hunt with one of each. Both have been proven quite effective on DG in Africa.

I also own a Winchester model 61 .22 rifle that takes down by loosening a large screw that fastens the front of the action with barrel to the rear (trigger and butt stock) part.

All my custom double rifles and Parker double shotguns also take down and in a similar fashion.

Here is a picture of another special purpose take down rifle/shotgun that makes for a very effective Turkey gun. It is a Savage 24V (varmint) TD .22 Hornet over 12 gauge for which I also have a 45-70 barrel insert that is accurate out to 100 + yards with 300 grain bullets. Good for birds or beasts.
