66 cm unscrewable barrel, front sight with hinged night sight, express sight with 2 additional hinged rear sight blades, Mauser system case with small case head, engraved with marginal engraving and small arabesques, thumbhole, Swedish style lock with reduced sash safety, lock tensioner, flat bolt handle, modified magazine inscribed "FITTED WITH EDWARD'S PATENT MAGAZINE", on it a left cut off lever, double set trigger, disassembly screw on left side of case head, forend detachable with Deeley latch, disassembly function hindered by later inserted mounting bases (stock must be removed for disasGerman claw mountedbly), walnut stock, pistol grip, oval cheek piece, horn cap 35.5 cm, strap lugs, BJ circa 1900, condition 3.
