Anymore details of it would be helpful. Projects like this sure are tempting, but unless you have the ability to custom fabricate and fit together hand fit components, they can quickly run towards expensive. If it’s something you want to pursue and enjoy though, then who cares, it’s rewarding to bring something like this back. You could spend a decade looking for an original replacement trigger, but then it would have to be hand fit to it anyway, if you have to pay someone to fabricate one and fit it, that alone may run the entry price of the project.

While it maybe tough or impossible, more details might help determine who actually made it. The proofing is pretty early for a dated example, and it was done in Zella-Mehlis not Suhl.
