So with all these, how well do they pass the mallet test?

Can they safely be brought to 1.5 lb?

With my 96, the trigger weight consistency is perfect. For the 98 tweaked trigger, 1 lb variation shot to shot, same with the timney. I am inclined to think it's bolt play and not the trigger itself.

Thoughts? How does a person remove bolt play?
