First of all, i agree with those who claim for color... i'm also a classic rifle enthusiast. Anyway, the Trail is merely intended for blood trailing, a precise discipline that is seriously regulated in old Europe. Many country oblige trailers to use orange clothes and rifles, being theyr action something different from hunting. Trailers often operate near towns and streets, following different rules. So they MUST be visible. Anyway, my suggestion is: if you have the possibility, try to embrace this short ergonomic rifle... you will understand what i mean. For what concern Basic bullet it's an outstanding ogive: old fashioned design, good ballistic, with shape that perfectly duplicate Tig's one. They have the same ballistic within 100 meters... you could use them with the same zeroing with some accomodation while handloading.
It's a classic cup and core bullet, i expect violent mushrooming but also good penetration due to heavy weight.. we'll see soon..
