I went back and looked at the OUTER LIMITS Mauser. It looks a lot like an Erfurt or Danzig post WW1 small ring AZ action factory sporter. It has a thin sporter stock with a low comb and raised side pannels. The bolt handle looks to have been reworked to a crude spoon handle shape. I like it.
