There may be further cartouches proof marks under the stock etc & that may give someone here a clue as to age or possibly who made it.
Same for me I'm afraid: blurry. Any photo marked "photobucket" always looks like it was soaking in said bucket for a few days before posting. It sounds interesting though. Too bad about the missing triggers. Nowadays, original double triggers generally sell for more than a lot of rifles. Mine came intact, but I foolishly tried to buy a second set of triggers so I could build a matching rifle. The offers I got were priced at double and even triple what I paid for the original rifle, triggers and all.
