8x57mmS; 98% blue, excellent bore, excellent stock, 28'' barrel, Manufactured in 1908. This is a numbers matching rifle. Listed by serial number in John Speed's book as 7x57 (In ERROR?) The metal finish is in excellent condition. The bore is in excellent bright condition. The excellent fancy stock has sling swivels, a checkered wrist and a right hand cheek pad. It has a minor chip in the buttplate on the toe. Beautiful rifle., s/n 198xx
